My name is Nobukazu Fukagawa. I begun to blog on today. Do you know the "tsukemen"? The tsukemen resemble ramen. But tsukemen soak in soup and eat. Tsukemen is very very delicious. I usually eat tsukemen. But I don't go to the shop and eat the tsukemen which I bought to in a supermarket.Please teach me it if you know the good shop!!

How do you make tsukemen? It looks like udon. I would prefer to see a cooking show than this variety show - it is long and not interesting.
